Hotel Reservation 

A block of rooms at Hyatt Regency Monterey have been reserved for AIM2005 attendees at the special rate of 

$149.00 per night. June and July are high season for Monterey tourists.  It is strongly recommended that you make 

travel plans and book hotel rooms as early as possible.  Reservations at Hyatt Regency Monterey can be made on 

the web or by phone.

After selecting check-in and check-out dates, enter group code G-AIMM in the Group/Corporate # field.  The code 

must be entered in the second field, i.e., Group/Corporte #, not in Offer Code field. Also, the rate is good from 

July 20 to July 30.  If other dates are entered, the special rate is not available. The special rate cutoff date for 

the hotel reservation is June 22, 2005

2. By phone:  Call Hyatt Worldwide Reservations at 1-800-233-1234 or Hyatt Regency Monterey 1-831-372-1234.  

Give group name "AIM 2005" to the reservation agent to obtain the special rate.

3.  By fax:  Fill out the hotel reservation form and fax it Hyatt Regency Monterey at 1-831-372-4277.
