Conference Registration (To register, please follow: http://ras.papercept.net/registration/ )

The registration fee for members and non-members includes one CD proceedings,  admission to all sessions,  invitation to coffee breaks, Welcome Reception at the Monterey Bay Aquarium (trip includes transportation, admission ticket and dinner) and banquet.

Student registration includes admission to all sessions, an invitation to Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception, and one CD proceedings.

*   IEEE or ASME members must quote their membership number for the discount

** Student participants, you will be requested to present your valid student ID at the registration desk onsite, so please DO NOT forget to have your student ID with you.

Student participants and Accompanying Persons wishing to attend the Banquet should indicate their preference at the "Banquet" field at the REGISTRATION page and complete their payment of banquet fee $70 USD additionally.

Student participants and Accompanying Persons wishing to attend the Aquarium Tour at the price of  $75 USD. The ticket includes admission, bus, dinner, service fee, and tax. Tickets could be purchased at the Paper Plaza registration page.

***IEEE or ASME life members should wait till Monday, May 16 to register.

Payment: We accept VISA and MASTER card but are unable to accept American Express. We apologize for any inconvenience. For a Money Order or a Cashier Check please write it payable to  2005 IEEE AIM and mail it to

Fee for Workshops/Tutorials

Tutorials/Workshops will be conducted only if they reach a minimum of participants. Otherwise, the cancellation will be notified to applicants as well as payment refund made.

Note for Authors

Author registration: At least one author must commit to attend the conference to present the paper and will comply with conference registration policy. One registration fee at the advance registration rates must be paid by one of the authors before uploading the final version of the paper for inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Extra page charge: A total of six (6) camera-ready pages, including figures, are allowed for each paper. Up to 2 additional pages will be permitted for a charge of $150 USD for each additional page. If your paper has more than six pages, you need to fill out the Extra Page Charge Payment field in the Registration Form. The entire paper will not be included in the proceedings without proper payment for extra pages.

Refund policy: There will be no refund once the paper is uploaded.  Other refund requests must be in writing and received before May 20, 2005. No refunds will be accepted after that date. A $50 USD cancellation fee will be deducted from the registration price.
